Tapas can be cold, hot, savory, or sweet. Entire restaurants exist serving tapas and have elevated tapas to a very sophisticated cuisine. Recipes will be from simple tapas to more complicated - all sure to dazzle your guests at your next cocktail party! Please bring containers to take food home in.
