Learn Tai Chi. Studies have shown Tai Chi has many health benefits for seniors today, including increasing balance, gaining joint flexibility, muscle strength, and lowering blood pressure. In this class you will learn the Tai Chi form bit-by-bit--each week learning one or two new "moves". You will begin to know enough to practice on your own. Learn in a safe, nonjudgmental space.
