A self-care course to promote healthy mind and body; the session will focus on steps you can take to detox from winter and the effects of shorter days and longer nights. Join Laura Youngblut, Licensed Massage Therapist, Registered Nurse, Registered Yoga Teacher, as you learn self-care techniques in breathing, meditations, and movement to encourage positive mental health during the winter months.
