Studies have shown Tai Chi has many health benefits for all ages, including seniors.  Benefits include better balance, improved joint flexibility, increased muscle strength, and lowered blood pressure. In this class you will learn the Tai Chi form bit-by-bit--each week learning one or two new "moves". Learn in a safe, nonjudgmental space.
